About your trip
The Great Rift Valley of Kenya is one of the most extraordinary natural landscapes in the world, and acts as the guiding compass on this experiential journey into the heart of Kenya’s wilderness. Starting in Nairobi, with cultural insights both old and new, we’ll head north to the green highlands of Aberdare National Park for coffee, open-air markets and a hilltop country lodge experience. Then it’s west to Lake Nakuru National Park, rich in birdlife, for a game drive at another scenic lodge. Finally, it’s on to the famous Masai Mara, where we’ll embark on multiple game drives from our luxury safari camp, as well as a visit to a local school and a truly eye-opening day spent with the Maasai people in a traditional tribal village.

Aberdare Country Club
This haven in the hills of the Aberdare Highlands was once a private dwelling, and is today considered a heritage property. The property’s hilltop position offers glorious views of the surrounding region, particularly at sunset, while the extensive selection of activities on offer range from game drives, horse rides and birdwatching, to golf, tennis and a bush culinary experience. There are also spa facilities and an outdoor pool onsite.
Lake Nakuru Lodge
This cosy eco-lodge in Lake Nakuru National Park offers totally unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside – unless a herd of zebras are in the way, of course. There’s a spa, a stunning outdoor pool with a view and a bush barbecue, not to mention the incredible private terrace, from which you can spot a variety of amazing wildlife.
Zebra Plains Camp
This luxury safari camp is perfectly placed in the heartlands of the Masai Mara, so you can spot the Big Five, as well as cheetahs and wildebeests, on the camp’s expert game drives.
